Ordinance 83-4 City of Ramsey Anoka County, Minnesota 09/01/83 AMENDMENT To Chapter 170.03 which is known as the "Subdivision" Chapter of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. An Ordinance amending Section 170.039 through 170.0316 of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby ordains: Section 1. Amendmemt Sections 170.039 through 170.0316 of Chapter 170.03 of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota, are hereby amended to read as follows: 170.039 CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS 170.039A GENERAL CONDITIONS Upon receipt of preliminary approval of a plat by the City Council and prior to Council approval of the final plat, the subdivider shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the installation, at the sole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by the City, which improvements may include, but are not limited to, streets, sidewalks, public water systems, sanitary sewer systems, surface and storm drainage systems and public utility mervices. The installation of said improvements shall be in comformity with City approved construction plans and specifications and all applicable City standards and code sections. 170.039B BASIC I14PI~OVEMENTS REQUIRED IN THE URBAN AREA Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to, as soon as practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the instal].ation of all of the following improvements within the subdivision: Stage I Improvements: Major construction items needed to be constructed with a plat prior to issuance of any building permits: Trunk Sanitary Sewer Trunk Watermain Trunk Storm Drainage Facilities Source and Storage (Future Water Facilities) Lateral Sanitary Sewer Lateral Watermain Lateral Storm Sewer and/or Ponding
