ORDINANCE NO. 76-2 <br />CITY OF ~AMSEY <br />ANOKA COL~TY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE A)~NDING CITY OF PAMSEY ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 73-5'AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 75-9. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be known as the City of Ramsey Interim <br />Zon. in~ Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSES <br /> <br /> (a) The City Council has determined that the City's present <br />Comorehensive Plan and imolementating Zoning Ordinance as it affects <br />the Southeast ¢~uadrant of" the City is inadequate to provide for <br />orderly development, protect public and private property and to <br />promote the health, s~fetv, order and convenience and the general <br />welfare of the citizens of the community. <br /> <br /> (b) In order to eliminate the inadeeuacies as outlined in <br />paragraph (a) above, the City has authorized an Urban Planning <br />District Study which study has been foz~zarded to the City Council <br />by the Ramsev Planning and Zoning Commission in a resolution <br />adooted ?.arc~ 29, 1976. <br /> <br /> (c) That the City Council finds that if it is to formally <br />adopt the Urban Planning District Study and implementing Zoning <br />ordinance, Metrooolitan Council review along with required <br />public hearings will be necessary. <br /> <br /> (d) Finally, the City Council finds that in order to protect <br />the planning process as described above, this interim ordinance is <br />necessary, and it is adopted pursuant to authority granted in M.S. <br />Chapter 473. The maximo~ duration of this Ordinance shall be one <br />year from and after its effective date. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. CONDITIONAL USE ZONE CLASSIFICATION. <br /> <br /> Ail present zoning use districts within the area 'bounded as <br />follows are hereby repealed: <br /> <br />The Rum River on the East; the North line of Sections <br />Twenty-four (24), Twenty-three (23); the West line of <br />Section Twenty-three (23); the North iine of Section 26 <br />West of Sunfish Lake Boulevard; .Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />within Section 26; Industry Avenue~and the Ramsey-Anoka <br />boundary line. <br /> <br /> <br />
