FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 26, <br />1999, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br /> Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br /> Councilmember Terry Hendriksen (arrived at 6:22 p.m.) <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator James E. Norman <br /> Finance Officer Diana Lund <br /> Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to <br />order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: Authorize Various 1999 Capital Purchases <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund presented a list of capital items included in the 1999 budget and the <br />1998 year-end budget amendment.
