PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Public Works Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 19, <br />1999, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Public Works Committee to order at <br />5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Update on T.H. #47 STP Project Budget <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the budget status of the T.H. #47 STP Project and associated <br />projects. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if any of the sewer or water costs will be picked up from <br />other agencies. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied no. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if the City is paying 100 percent for land acquisitions and <br />right of access. <br /> <br />Public Works Committee/October 19, 1999 <br /> Page 1 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
