Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator, James E. Norman <br />Community Development Assistant Sean Walther <br />Hoisington Koegler Consultant Brad Scheib(?) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />#1: Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that as the Comprehensive Plan is currently written it would <br />allow for multi-family units to be built in a zoned single family area. <br /> <br />Brad Scheib, Hoisington, Koegler Group, Inc., explained that multi-family units could be built <br />through the P.U.D. process, which is currently allowed by the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen noted that the difference would be that a developer would currently <br />have to request a zoning change.
