He said it should read HfIe said Mr. f"Tax told him that l'fr" flalker <br />called on the 26th of Decerriber". Councilv7oman Oliphant I"ithdrer1T t:he mot.ion. <br /> <br />Motion by Oliphant seconded by Gorham to approve the minutes of January 26th <br />with the correction on Page 1 by Mr. Reimann concerning the Wax conversationp <br />correction on Page 4, Oliphant Abstained on the vote for the dog catcher; <br />correction on Page 5 adding estimated costs of Oliphant .related larvsui t of $6,000. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Motion by Oliphant to approve the minutes of the special .io.int meet.ing betrvExm <br />the Planning Commission and City Council on February 2, 1976. <br />Motion died for lack of second. <br />Councilman Gorham said the minutes have no motions just comments. f'lhy are some <br />corr~ents in and some aren't in. <br />Clerk-Treasurer v.!a1ker said he didn't take general discussion, only those lvho <br />gave specific comments. <br /> <br />Motion by Gorham seconded by Oliphant to accept the minutes of February 2, 1976 <br />joint meeting. Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Motion by Oliphant secondeq. by Reimann to approve the minutes of special meeting <br />of the City Council on February 5, 1976. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox reported on the meeting beb/een the Ci ty of Ramsey Ivi th County and <br />members of Waste Management who operate the Landfill in the City of Ramsey <br />owned by Anoka. <br /> <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Clerk-Treasurer Walker rf'ad a letter from Anoka County on precinct caucus to be <br />held on February 24, 1976. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox reported that he attended the house subcom~ittee meeting in regard <br />to redistricting. A bill Senator John Clausen has before the legislature. <br /> <br />There was quite a bi t of discussion and the vote f'/as to send it on to the floor. <br /> <br />() <br />d <br />
