Fo!';!';um movad, the minutes be accepted as mailed. Seconded by
Mr. Pittman. Motion carried unanimously.

order by the Chairman, Mr. Sorteberg~
Mr. Zimmerman, Mr. Klohs, Mr. Fossum,
Mr. Sorteberg said Mr. Gamec would be

!I~

!

Mr. Al Bullick and Mr. Ron Swenson, his surveyor were present.
They showed the Commission a plat on Mr. Bullick's land between
Highway #10 and the Mississippi River in the B-2 zoning area called
'Riverside West. We have a letter from Mr. Sha stating he had examined
this plat and recommended the street pattern be as shown on the map.
/ Mr. Sha said it was apparent from the topography that the area can
be drained directly to the Mississippi River. The final plat should
provide for a drainage easement along the west boundary of Lot 4,
Block 5 of the proposed plat. Street grades and drainage have not
been reviewed. Mr. Bullick was asked if he would try to control
the type of business coming in. He said he would. He said the land
would be high enough priced to eliminate undesirable businesses.
This land is abutting the Schwartzman property. Mr. Bullick was
asked if he had a time table on the roads. He said he wanted to
do the east half this year. There is a St. Paul business that wants
to cone in this summer or they are going to another city.

Mr. Gamec arrived at 7:50 p.m.

~r. Fossum moved we table this plat until we have a public hearing
on Riverside west on Tuesday, June 17th, at 6:30 p.m. Seconded by
, Mr. Zimmerman. Five voted for it and Mr. Gamec abstained from
voting because he had come in late to the meeting.

,David Voit: He wants rezoning for outlot "A" in Rolling Green
Addition to commercial. Mr. Gamec is against a store. Mr. Voit
asked about a service station. It was agreed there is none thru
, the whole City. Mr. Pittman thinks as long as it was not zoned
commercial at the time of the platting that it should be left as
it is. This parcel is 379.$9 feet on 167th Ave., 33$.05 feet on
County Road 5 and 59.$4 feet on l66th Lane. The total acreage is
4.4,acres. Mr. Zimmerman is not in favor of rezoning it until they
know what is going in there. Mr. Voit thinks it would be just as
well to drop it at this point. Mr. Klohs suggested he wait until
'after the June 17th meeting to decide whether he wants a public
hearing.

~ack Long: He wants to open an antique business on the old Arm-
strong game farm property in two barns located there. They have
, about three acres of land. They have remodelled the old farm
house. It would be a home occupation business. The business would
'consist mostly of furniture sales. He has a radial arm saw but

. .
