<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BOARD OF AroUsrMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA 0JUNl'Y <br />STATE OF MINNESGrA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />March 24, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Terry Hendriksen, Vice Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: Conununity Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Roy ShUIrMay <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Hendriksen called the Board of Adjustment meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Holm to <br />approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #2: Review variance issued to Scenic Sign Company for sign at <br />6106 Hwy. #10 N.W.; case of Mr. Tim Doyle. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners <br />Zimmerman, Holm and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Shumway, Howell and Terry. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUl' <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARI~ <br /> <br />Vice Chainnan Hendriksen adjourned the regular meeting at 7:33 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for variance to construct a hane nearer the side yard lot 1 ine <br />than ~rmitted by Section 170.016B of the Ramsey City Code; case of <br />Mr. Joseph Jensen of Creative Builders and Hamne Design, Inc. <br /> <br />Vice Chainnan Hendriksen called the regular meeting back to order at 7: 35 <br />Board of Adjustment/March 24, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
