Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kiecker were present representing their case. Mr. Kiecker
explained that their original house plan in 1964 included a dining room to the
rear of the home that they did not build due to financial reasons. At that
time, the house sat back from the Mississippi River 150 feet. Due to erosion,
the house is now 45 feet closer to the river, leaving a 105 foot setback. The
20' x 20' addition to the west that they wish to build now would leave a river
setback of approximately 85 feet.

There was no citizen input.

ADJOURN

Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to
adjourn the public hearing.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen,
Howell, LaDue and Peterson. Voting No: None. Abstained: None.
