Review continuation meeting on <br />Monday, May 13,1985 at the Ramsey MUnicip:1l center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Heitman <br />COuncilmanber Al Sorteberg <br />Councilmanber Jean SChlueter <br />COuncilmanber Arnie Cox <br />Councilmanber Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Assessor Lester Wirz <br />Gordy starkey/County Assessor I s Office <br /> <br />CALL 'ID ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the Board of Review continuation meeting to order at 7:40 <br />p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by cOuncilmanber COx and seconded by COuncilmanber Reimann to approve <br />the agenda as sul::mitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and SChlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />COuncil was not provided with copies of the April 24, 1985 Board of Review <br />minutes prior to this meeting and consensus is table approval of those minutes <br />until after COuncil has had an opportunity to review those minutes. <br /> <br />BOARD OF REVIF.W BUSINESS <br /> <br />Gary Stritesky - 6230 l67th Avenue Ni - stated that he approached Council at <br />their Board of Review on April 24, 1985 and irquired if a decision had been <br />made regarding his case. Mr. stritesky explained that his 20 acre parcel was <br />once part of an 80 acre parcel designated I green acres I.
