<br />. <br /> <br />ECONOOC DEVELOPMENT roMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AN(l{A CDUNI'Y <br />STATE OF MINNESDrA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Developnent Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Wednesday, March 30, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Don Greenberg, Chairman <br />Mr. Bob Muller <br />Mr. Darryl Fults <br />Mr. Jack Ippel <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Bernie Vevea <br />Mr. Tom Kur ak <br />Mr. steve Gorecki <br />Mr. Glen Hardin <br />Mr. Ken Wagner <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg called the special Economic Development Commission <br />meeting to order at 7:43 p.m. <br /> <br />. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #3: Request for City participation (tax incranent financing) in <br />project; case of Mr. John Noard. <br /> <br />Consenus was that Case #3 would be addressed prior to Case #2. <br /> <br />CG1MISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Case #1: ReQl1est For Ci~ Participation (Tax Increment FinanciI19) In <br />Proposed Project: Case Of Ms. Kris Fluegel And Ms. Sarah <br />Sa\t(yer: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Ms. Fluegel and Ms. Sawyer are proposing to <br />construct and operate a dog training school and retail pet supply store on <br />the property at 14640 St. Francis Blvd. The property is in Development <br />District No. 1 but would require the establishment of a Tax Increment <br />Financing District. <br />Economic Development Cornmission/March 30, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
