Christmas is approaching fast <br />and the campaign is in full swing to ensure that all children <br />in Anoka County will have toys under their tree. Our "mitten <br />tree" will be put up the first week in December in the lobby <br />of Ramsey Elementary School and will be taken down by <br />December 20th. All residents are encouraged to attend the precinct <br />liaison meetings. There will be no formal agenda drawn up <br />prior to the meeting, but everyone will have an opportunity <br />for input on discussion topics. Bring your ideas and con- <br />cerns to the meeting and discuss them with others who may <br />have the same concerns and questions you have. These <br />meetings will not be held to make decisions on topics, but <br />rather to share ideas and concerns with each other and the <br />City Council representative. The precinct liaison meetings <br />for Precincts #1 A, #1 B, #2, #3A and #3B have been schedul- <br />ed for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 1990 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota.
