<br />The City woul d I ike to have
<br />homeowners place emphasis on
<br />reforestation and replanting. This can 'be
<br />more effective since control of the disease
<br />by sanitation and removal has been and
<br />will be ineffective. Reforestation is
<br />everyone's way of insuring proper land
<br />use and environment control. Mr. Bacon
<br />will be working as an extension agent in
<br />trying to coordinate replanting efforts. It
<br />- is felt that neighborhood groups
<br />combining efforts and making family
<br />projects out of reforestation can be fun
<br />and beneficial to a neighborhood~ If you
