<br />-' <br /> <br />'\ <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Thursday, May 1,2003, 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of <br />Land), Section 9.01 (Introduction), Section 9.02 (Definitions), Section 9:03 -(Administration), <br />Section 9.20.21 (B:'1 General Business District), Section 9.20.23 (B-2 Highway Business <br />District), Section 9.20.24 (E-l Employment District), Section 9.20.25 (E-2 Employment <br />District), Section 9.20.26 (Public/Semi-Public Facilities District) of the Ramsey City Code and <br />consider revisions to the zoning map. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />amendments. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon <br />advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be <br />available. Any person with such a request should contact JoAnn Shaw at 763-427-1410 by noon <br />on Thursday, April 24, 2003. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number <br />is 763-427-8591. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning Commission, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
