Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehell <br />Council member David Elvig <br />Council member David Jeffrey <br />Councilmcmbcr Matt Look <br />Councilmcmbcr Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Council member Mary Jo Olson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamee called the City Council Work Session to order at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda \Vas approved with the addition of Case No. A: Interview of Consultants for 2008 <br />Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSIO/'i <br /> <br />A) Intcndcw of Consultants for 2008 Comprehensive Plan Up(httc <br /> <br />Ass't Community Development Dir/HRA Executive OiL Frolik requested three council member <br />volunteers to participate with members of the Planning Commission in consultant interviews for <br />the Comprehensive Plan Update on February 15th at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Dehen, Elvig and Jeffrey volunteered to participate III the consultant <br />intervicvis. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stressed that therc should be a mesh with the Comprehensive Plan <br />Update process and the Ramsel project. <br /> <br />Ass't Community Development Dir/l-lRA Executive Dir. Frolik indicated all four or the <br />consultants that \vill be interviewed addressed the Ramsel process in their proposal. some plan <br />to voluntarily attend thc Ramsel meeting, and tapes of the meeting will be provided.
