Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Elvig called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:23 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Update regarding City Administrator Search Process <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone stated staff is seeking input from the City Council on <br />several issues related to the search for a new city administrator: the proposed timeline for the <br />remainder of the search, the desired interview format, and the position description. <br /> <br />Council and staff discussed the proposed time line for the remainder of the. city administrator <br />search process.
