ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />April 3, 1997, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kenneth Wagner <br />Commissioner Harland Anderson <br />Commissioner Lisa Montague <br />Commissioner Carolyn Nelson <br />Commissioner Lydia Scheiber <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner David Kent <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator James Gmmberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Wagner called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Montague and seconded by Commissioner Scheiber to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Montague, Scheiber, Nelson, <br />and Anderson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Kent. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Montague and seconded by Commissioner Scheiber to approve the <br />Economic Development Commission meeting minutes dated March 6, 1997. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Montague, Scheiber, Nelson, <br />and Anderson. Voting No: None.
