<br />ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, Jul)' 23,2007, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive, Mississippi River Room, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member Michael Max arrived at 6:43 p.m. <br />Board Member Jon Olds <br />. Board Member Bob Sibilski arrived at 6:50 p.m. <br />Board Member Wayne Harvey <br /> <br />Members Absent: Board Member John Freeburg <br /> <br />Also Present: Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Civil Engineer II Leonard Linton <br />Mr. Bill Douglas, Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br />Mr. Todd Javens, Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br />Mr. Bruce Bacon, citizen, arrived at 7:24 p.m. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bentz and seconded by Board Member Harvey to approve the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Harvey, and <br />Olds. Voting No: None.
