PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, May 8, <br />1997, at Central Park, 7925 1618t Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Todd Cook <br />Commissioner Beth Asfahl <br />Commissioner Jill lohns (arrived at 6:02 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Reid Droegemueller <br />Commissioner Tom LaMere <br />Commissioner Steve Ostrum <br />Commissioner Mike Rolfe <br /> <br />Members Absent: None. <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chair Cook called the regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting to order at 6 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br /> <br />TOUR OF CENTRAL PARK <br /> <br />Commission consensus determined a tour would not be completed due to the weather. <br />Commissioner Johns arrived at 6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued about details of City parks tours by the Commission: inviting of Council members; <br />and use of a bus. Commissioner Rolfe will tour City parks in the future for familiarization purposes. <br />Chairperson Cook suggested possible approaches to obtaining feedback/input from park patrons. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission/May 8, 1997 <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
