PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a meeting on Monday, April 7, 1997, to address <br />Commission Business and Commission Input which was a continuation of the Tuesday, April 1, 1997, <br />regular meeting at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Planning Intern Kirk Skoog <br />City Attorney Tom Fitzpatrick <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case/ti: <br /> <br />Request to Rezone Certain property from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential; Case of Williams Investments, Inc. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated Mr. Ralph Williams owns the lot south of Super Bowl and is requesting rezoning <br />of said property to facilitate the development of single family homes. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to approve Findings of <br />Fact, numbers one through eight, as presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, Holland, and <br />Terry. Voting No: None.
