ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission (EDC) conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, June 8, 1995, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kenneth Wagner <br />Commissioner Mary Ullen <br />Commissioner Carolyn Nelson <br />Commissioner David Kent <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Sam McGhee <br />Commissioner Mike Marquart <br />Commissioner Allen Stafki <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Wagner called the regular meeting of the EDC to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Ullen to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Nelson, Ullen, and Kent. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Stafki, Marquart, and McGhee. <br /> <br />APPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Kent requested clarification on page 3 of 4 of the March 9, 1995 meeting minutes <br />after the 2nd paragraph from the top, the following needs to be inserted: Commissioner Kent <br />arrived at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kent and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the following <br />minutes with the above mentioned correction: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br /> <br />Economic Development Commission regular meeting minutes dated March 9, 1995. <br />Economic Development Commission regular meeting minutes dated April 6, 1995. <br />Economic Development Commission regular meeting minutes dated May 4, 1995. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
