City Administrator Ryan Schroeder Finance Officer Jessie Hart City Engineer Steve Jankowski Personnel Coordinator Kay McAloney Zoning Administrator Sylvia Fmlik Police Chief Michael Auspos Fire Chief David Griff'm Public Works Supervisor Merle Mevissen Project Manager James Oromberg Intern Jill Bebeau Present: Parks/Utilities Coordinator Mark Boos Absent: Agenda Items: Engine¢i'ing Public Works Parks/Utilities Police Fire Public Works: Merle Mevissen Public W6rks Supervisor Mevissen summarized the functions listed for 1993 and 1992. He reviewed which ones are complete and which ones are ongoing. Parks/Utilities: Mark Boos Parks/Utilities Boos is on vacation so Public Works Supervisor Mevissen was asked if he knew the :stares of the parks functions. Mr. Mevissen basically reviewed the list of functions but those that were not marked complete, he could not really comment on. It was suggested that the Parks Department review the design of the gates at Flintwood Ten'ace Pakk as children have been swinging on them and breaking the hinges. Hazardous frees were discussed. It was suggested that the Parks/Utilities Coordinator review thelordinance regarding hazardous trees. It was stated that a forester can mark the tree and send aletter to the property owner to take care of the hazard. One of the hazardous trees mentioned was on County Road #56 across from Terry Hendriksen's property. The brash drOp-off site at Central Park was discussed.
