Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Police Captain Tim Dwyer <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Request to Adopt-A-Park and Construct Improvements; Case of Andrea Seiberlich <br />and Neighboring Property Owners <br /> <br />Management Intern Haugen stated that this case is to consider construction of a memorial on <br />parkland near Sunwood Drive and Nowthen Boulevard. He stated that it is zoned R-l and an <br />application and detailed plans were submitted to staff. He stated that the memorial would be to <br />honor "All Young Lives Lost in the City of Ramsey". He noted that the applicants have <br />recommended two possible sites for the memorial.
