<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2009, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt (arrived at 7:16) <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Community Development Director Miller called the regular meeting to order at 7:12 p.m. and <br />recommended appointing a Chair Pro Tern, since Chairperson Nixt had not yet arrived. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to appoint <br />Commissioner Van Scoy as Chair Pro Tern. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, Rogers and Van Scoy. Voting <br />No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Commissioners Hunt and Levine. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chair Pro Tern Van Scoy, Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, and <br />Rogers. Voting No: None.
