<br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Work Session on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> <br />Member Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sean Sullivan <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:42 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Lease Property Management <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan reviewed the staff report and introduced the <br />current Property Manager, Marty Fisher. <br /> <br />There was discussion about taxes, the duties of a Property Manager and how the management <br />fees are paid. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that he feels that fees can be negotiated with the Property <br />Manager. <br /> <br />There was discussion about whether the Ralph's Gun and Pawn location should be leased out. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session /June 23, 2009 <br />Page 1 of5 <br />
