Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson <br />Police Chief James Way <br />ParkYUtilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Consider Transfer of Equipment Replacement Funds for Purchase of Fax <br />Machine for City Hall <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that the fax machine utilized by City Hall staff, <br />located in the Administration area, was purchased in 1994. The fax machine has been <br />experiencing significant problems over the past year. Staff has researched repairing the machine, <br />however, given the improvements in technology over the past decade, purchasing a new fax <br />machine with increased capability may be a better long-term solution for the City.
