<br />.'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Wednesday, June 18, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Don Greenberg, Chairman <br />Mr. Darryl Fults <br />Mr. Glen Hardin <br />Mr. Ken Wagner <br />Mr. Jack Ippel <br />Mr. Bernie Vevea <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Dave Hartley <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Kurak <br />Mr. Bob Muller <br />Mr. Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Ippel to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Fults, Hardin, <br />Wagner, Ippel and Vevea. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Kurak, <br />Muller and DeLuca. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Discussion Reiardin~ Landfill Commission <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg commented that he had hoped Commissioner DeLuca would be <br />present to provide information on the Landfill Ad Hoc Committee. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ippel stated Council's action on May 27,1986 and their concerns <br />as he understood them. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fults stated that the landfill is already here and is a prOblem. <br />Problems are opportunities; the moratorium has hurt the City. City <br />Administrator Hartley asked if Commissioner Fults meant that the Site P issue <br />needs to be resolved.
