The following are the list of
obje:tives the Commission recommended of the developer;

Limit the land dedication for Woodland Green to provide for better access to the park and to
'upgrade the tot lot with new equipment.
Dedicate some amount of land at Bear Park for a poienfiai park expansion including a trail
corridor to the plats cul-de-sac.
A trail should be constructed to the north of the property, through the small area of park land
cormecfing to the e,'cisting street.
A trai] should be constructed along 153'a Avenue.
There should be a 8 to 10 parking space lot constructed for Woodland Green park with a
baskezball area.
City sewer and water should be stubbed to both parks.
' Park improvements should be completed as a Phase Pimprovement
An attempt should be made to conserve as many tre~s as possible.

Park and Recreation Commission/May 10,2001
Page 3 of 5
