With regard to the Comprehensive Plan, Councilmember Beyer added a request
for a closed executive session on a personnel issue to be held on Wednesday, May 10,
1995, at 5:30 p.m. or Monday, May 15, 1995 at 5:00 if we cannot do it on Wednesday due
to posting requirements.

Councilmember Beyer felt that the full Council should be present at that meeting.

MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT

1) Snowmobile Damage

Councilmember Beyer stated that, for lack of a better idea, we should start a committee to
review what needs to be done about snowmobiling in the City. This problem needs to be
addressed.

Councilmember Peterson suggested that the Ramsey Resident could ask for citizens to
volunteer on the committee to give their input.

Councilmember Beyer stated she would like to see some from the snowmobile clubs and
also some non-snowmobilers.

Councilmember Beahen agreed it would be good to have a committee to review these
problems.

Kathy Rand again asked for help in redoing her sod.

City Council/May 9, 1995
