Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Introduce Proposed Ordinance Vacating Drainage and Utility <br />Easements that were Dedicated with Ramsey 67 Industrial Park <br />2nd Addition <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder commented that the City is completing the platting of the <br />Business Park 95 Addition. This subdivision is comprised of the recently purchased <br />industrial property that was a part of the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 2nd Addition. He <br />explained that with the original platting of this property, the City acquired the traditional 10- <br />foot wide drainage and utility easements. These easements will now run through the <br />interior of the newly created lots with the Business Park 95 Addition. The City will be <br />rededicating the 10-foot easements around each of the newly created lots. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:29 p.m. in order <br />to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />PuDlic Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />City Council/June 27, 1995 <br /> Page 5 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
