Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjoumed at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:29 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />introduce the ordinance authorizing vacation of the drainage and utility easements dedicated <br />along the south and east 10.00 feet of Lot 1 and the south and east 10.00 feet of Lot 2 all in <br />Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />according to the record plat thereof. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, <br />Beahen and Beyer. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Introduce Proposed Ordinance Vacating a Portion of the <br />Drainage and Utility Easements across the Eastern Portion of <br />Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, Northfork Highlands Addition <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the developers of Northfork Highlands Addition <br />have requested the vacation of a portion of the drainage and utility easement that covers the <br />eastern portion of Lots 10 and 11. The City Engineer has reviewed the proposed vacation <br />and indicated that there is sufficient area remaining for drainage requirements. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:31 p.m. in order <br />to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Innut <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
