Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Public Hearing for Improvement Project #95-17; the <br />Construction of Sanitary Sewer, watermain, storm sewer and <br />streets to Rivers Bend 4th Addition <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that Improvement Project #95-17 encompasses the <br />extension and construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and streets to Rivers <br />Bend 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:32 p.m. in order <br />to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public heating closed at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:33 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution #95-06-128 ordering Improvement Project g95-17 extension and construction <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and streets to Rivers Bend 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #4: Schedule Date for Charter Amendment Election <br /> <br />City Administrator $chroeder stated that the petitioned-for Charter amendment Special <br />Election must be held on or before August 21. There has been money budgeted for election <br />costs, however, there is not a sufficient amount budgeted in this non-election year to cover <br />the total cost. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired of the cost to which Mr. Schroeder responded "in the <br />neighborhood of $3,000 to $4,000". <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #95-06-129 scheduling the date for the Special Charter Amendment Election for <br />August 15, 1995. <br /> <br />City Council/June 27, 1995 <br /> Page 7 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
