Mr. Hamilton stated that he has lived in his home for almost 50 years and they did not have a <br />problem until Commemial Asphalt moved into the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that Commercial Asphalt was recently given a national award from the <br />MPCA for the cleanliness of their facility and operation of their plant. He emphasized that Mr. <br />Hamilton has to keep the MPCA informed and provide them with written comments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen recommended that Mr. Hamilton provide the City with the dates on <br />which he smells the odors and then include that information with the update the Council <br />receives. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen, Cook, <br />Kurak, Pearson, and Zimmerman.
