She added that the grading plan proposes no importing of fill materials, no blasting, and <br />no impact to drainage. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that, with the grading, drainage will continue to flow in the <br />same direction but on a gentler slope. Mr. Jankowski stated that if the applicant comes within 25 <br />feet of a property line, he is to place a silt fence along the property line to prevent the property from <br />erosion. Mr. Jankowski advised there is to be one point of exit at which 50 feet of gravel should <br />be placed to minimize tracking dirt onto the road. Mr. lankowski stated there will be no more than <br />one acre of land disturbed at one _time; once grading is finished in an area, the land will be covered <br />and mulched :or seeded before proceeding to a new area. Mr. Jankowski advised that the only City <br />streets designated as haul roads for the operation shall be Ferret Street N.W. north of 147th <br />Avenue N.W. and 147th Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Armstrong Boulevard <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Commissioner Terry inquired about the time frame involved, and Ms. Frolik stated that City Code <br />restricts grading permits to three years. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to accept gl through <br />#11 as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
