Mr. Peterson, Good Value Homes, advised it was done in 1993. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer felt that the revised preliminary plat dated 1993 should be utilized instead of <br />the one displayed in the agenda dated May 22, 1990. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that although the road fight-of-way widths may have changed, this particular one <br />was still accurate. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br />Council approve the revised preliminary plat of Chestnut Hill and final plat of Chestnut Hill 5th <br />Addition as presented in the exhibit on page 6 of the agenda, contingent upon compliance with City <br />Staff review letter dated June 29, 1994, and contingent upon the Park and Recreation Commission <br />acting on this particular plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request to Rezone Certain Property from Industrial to R-1 Urban <br />Residential, Multiple Residential (MR) and B-2 Business; Case of <br />North Suburban Development Company, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik advised that North Suburban Development Company, Inc. has <br />recently received final plat approval of Sunfish Square. She explained that the property is currently <br />zoned Industrial, and the rezoning to single family, multiple residential and commercial is <br />necessary to facilitate the approved plat. Ms. Frolik noted that the Multiple Residential designation <br />allows up to 15 units per acre, and the concept plan submitted for this portion of the plat proposes <br />9 units per acre. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to accept #1 through <br />g9 as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to amend #10 to read <br />"That the proposed zoning amendment will not substantially adversely impair the use or market <br />value of any surrounding property." <br /> <br />Motion carded.
