Amendment by Board Member Holland and seconded by Board Member Terry to amend #7 to read <br />"That as to the portion of the parcel on which the accessory structure is to be constructed, City <br />ordinance would allow 3,664 square feet of garage and accessory building space." <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson LaDue, Board Members Holland, Terry, <br />Hendriksen, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Deemer. Absent: Board <br />Member Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting <br />Hendriksen, and Thorud. <br />Member Bawden. <br /> <br />Yes: Vice Chairperson LaDue, Board Members Holland, Terry, <br />Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Deemer. Absent: Board <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Hendriksen and seconded by Board Member Terry to add a finding to <br />read "That the orientation of the house is such that it appears to have been built with Sunfish Lake <br />Drive as the'front yard. The City is in the process of acquiring Sunfish Lake Drive as a City <br />street." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson LaDue, Board Members Hendriksen, Terry, <br />Holland, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Deemer. Absent: Board <br />Member Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Hendriksen and seconded by Board Member Thorud to add a finding to <br />read "That the City of Ramsey has granted similar variances within the last year." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson LaDue, Board Members Hendriksen, Thorud, <br />Holland, and Terry. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Deemer. Absent: Board Member <br />Bawden. <br /> <br />Mr. Deemer noted that the house is more than 215 feet from the road. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Hendriksen and seconded by Board Member Holland to amend #5 to <br />read "That the principal structure on the subject property is located approximately 300 feet from the <br />front property line and the proposed location for the accessory structure is approximately 220 feet <br />from the County Road #57 right of way." <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Holland and seconded by Board Member Hendriksen to adopt <br />Resolution #94-03-051 adopting Findings of Fact 00356, as amended, relating to Ben Deemer's <br />request for a variance at 14501 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson LaDue, Board Members Holland, Hendriksen, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Deemer. Absent: Board Member <br />Bawden. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment proceeded to review the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Board that gl and #3 through #6 would remain as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Holland and seconded by Board Member Hendriksen to amend #2 to <br />read "The ac~ssory structure shall maintain a minimum distance of two hundred (200) feet from <br />the property line adjacent to C.S.A.H. #57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W.)." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson LaDue, Board Members Holland, Hendriksen, <br />Terry, and Th°rud. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Deemer.
