Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />introduce the proposed ordinance authorizing vacation of the drainage and utility easements <br />dedicated.along the east border of Lot 2, Block 1, and the west border of Lot 1, Block 1, of <br />Trott BrOOk Ridge Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, <br />Beyer and Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case g2: 1994 Council Organization <br /> <br />City Admi~'nistrator Schroeder stated he has not heard from Council that there is a strong <br />desire to make changes, therefore, Staff would recommend replicating the existing Council <br />appointments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer expressed a desire to becoming more active on the Personnel <br />Committee and asked to be appointed as the alternate. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution 094-01-007 for 1994 Council organization with the only change being <br />appointing Councilmember Beyer as the alternate to the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Peterson, Beyer <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution 094-01-008 designating financial institutions as official depositories of City <br />Funds for 1994. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Hardin <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Swearing in and Introduction of New Patrol Officer Brad <br /> Paplham <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich issued the Oath of Office to new Patrol Officer Brad Paplham. <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos introduced Officer Paplham to the Mayor and City Council. <br /> <br />Case #4: Proposal for Townhouses of Rum River Hills; Case of Wilbur <br /> Dorn <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. Dom has requested that this case be tabled until <br />the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to table Mr. <br />Dora's request for townhouses of Rum River Hills. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
