Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: Continuation of Public Hearing for Improvement Project 094- <br /> 12 (Bituminous Overlay Sports Haven/Carol Rose Additions) <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that a public heating regarding the bituminous overlay of <br />Sports Haven and Carol Rose Additions was held on March 22, 1994. There were about <br />20 people present expressing opposition to the project. He stated that he, along with <br />Mayor Gilbertson and Councilmember Zimmerman, met with about 15 to 20 residents of <br />those additions and walked about 80 percent of the roadway to review its condition.
