family homes - probably other than a berm. Mr. Jankowski felt that this issue could be
worked out between the developer and City Staff.

Mayor Gilbertson inquired of Mr. Menkveld if he was "comfortable" with everything to
which he replied yes.

Councilmember Hardin inquired of the density proposed for the multi-family housing.

Ms. Frolik replied that this issue will be discussed along with the zoning.

Mr. Menkveld stated he had a couple of different proposals for consideration and that he is
hoping to have these discussed at the Planning Commission's May meeting. Three bids were received with the low bidder being At Home Veterinary
Housecalls in Ramsey. Mr. Schroeder stated that some of the additional items for Council
to consider is to slightly raise (slightly) the cost charged by the City to help defray the cost
of staff time and that Council also consider reducing the price of pet licenses for the day of
the pet clinic. As per Council's direction, the difference this year will be that the resident
must purchase a license or the shots will not be issued. If the person is from another City,
they must show proof of license if their city requires pet licenses.

Councilmember Hardin inquired about At Home Veterinary Housecalls.

City Council/April 12, 1994
