Public Hearin~ <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that this area was paved only recently. At the time he <br />prepareathe assessment notifications, he used the best estimate he had available. He stated <br />the amount of bituminous used is less and reduces this project by $151 per unit. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None. Absent: Mayor Gilbertson and Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />(~ooncil Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to <br />order at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution g94-10-236 adopting assessment for Improvement Project #93-13, as amended, <br />(Bituminous surfacing of 164th lane N.W. from Nowthen Boulevard N.W. [County Road <br />#5] west to its terminus). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None.
