(Dan Karst, Jr.) <br /> Commissioner Holland inquired whether Mr. Karst is presently in compliance with his CUP, and <br />i Zoning A _dmi~'strator Frolik stated that she hasn't toured the premises since he was granted his last <br /> CUP amends~ent but that she has done several drive-bys which warranted no concerns. Ms. <br /> Frolik added ~at she has seen his collection system for waste oil and he is in compliance with the <br /> County. Ms. Frolik stated the Commission should not confuse this proposal for Lots 2 and 3 with <br /> an expansion ~ the facility on Lot 1.
