The shed shall be allowed to remain at the <br />current locafi6n, no closer than 50 feet to the property line as long as this conditional use permit is <br />in effect. <br /> <br />Motion carried. During development of LOt 11, the <br />well was erroL~eouSly placed on Lot 12.
