Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case 06: Agent of Record for 1993 <br /> <br />Finance Officer Helling stated that all the City's insurance is now in place and Staff is <br />recomn~nding retaining Hadtrath and Associates, Inc., as the Agent of Record. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gilbertson and seconded by Counci!member Zimmerman to approve <br />Hadtrath and Associates, Inc. as the 1993 Agent of Record. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hardin and <br />Peterson. Voting No: Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br />Case 07: Engineering Car <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated there is difference of opinion among the City <br />Councfltnembers with regard to the City Engineer's car. He stated that the City Engineer <br />came to the City with the understanding that the car was part of his employment package. <br />Mr. Schroeder recommended that the terms of Mr. Jankowski's employment agreement be <br />honored. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson agreed 100%. If the City made a commitment to Mr. Jankowski, it must <br />be honored. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman also expressed agreement that Mr. Jankowski's contract be <br />honored. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer stated that Mr. Jankowski's car should be "parked" just like <br />everyone else who had to give up their City vehicles. If he is not made to park his, then <br />other Staff members should be allowed to take their vehicle home as well. She felt there <br />are other Staff members who are more justified in taking a City vehicle home than the <br />engineer because of a chance of getting called back to work past regular working hours. <br />She stated it is not fair he is the only one who gets a City car. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson that the City <br />Engineer retain his City vehicle for use as stated in his employment contract with the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
