Voting No: None. <br />Case #6: Adopt Ordinance Vacating the Section of 162nd Lane N.W. <br /> between Dysprosium Street N.W. and Germanium Street N.W. <br /> in Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition <br /> <br />City Adm~inistrator Schroeder stated that in 1982, the City entered into an amended <br />develop ~ment agreement with the developers of Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition. <br />Under ~ amended agreement, the City agreed to vacate the section of 162nd Lane N.W. <br />between Dysprosium Street N.W. and Germanium Street N.W. This vacation has not yet <br />taken pla0e. A public hearing was held on May 25, 1993 and no public opposition was <br />stated. None. <br />Case //7: Adopt Ordinance Repeahng the Requirement of Precinct <br /> Liaison Meetings between City Council and Ramsey Residents. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that a public hearing was held on May 25, 1993 <br />regarding repealing the requirement of precinct liaison meetings between City Council and <br />Ramsey residents. No public opposition was stated at that time. Council, in January, had <br />reques.ted.'that the requirement of precinct liaison meetings be reviewed by the Charter <br />Commisglf)n because of the lack of attendance by the residents.
