He is proposing to use the building for the purpose of providing indoor <br />space for' the disassembly of engines and transmissions, wholesale sales of engine and <br />transmit!on parts, and maintenance of equipment. She stated the only deficiency is that no <br />alte~rmt~ ~ite for a holding tank has been designated on the site plan. ' <br /> <br />Mr. Karat stated he could use Lot 4 and put in a dralnfield if that wonld simplify matters. <br />City Engineer Jankowski preferred Mr. Karst install a' septic system. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmc~ to approve <br />the sit~ .plan for Lots 2, 3 and.4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2 <br />contingont upon modifying the site plan to show an alternate holding tank (or <br /> location <br />septic system - depending on the City Engineer's request) and describing integration of <br />color an~l/or texture into the block building. <br /> <br /> on,. yormt ,o. . . <br />Motion ¢~-'~ied. B-1 Business to R-1 Rural Residential. City <br />Staff recommended tabling Mr. Johnson s request until the land use plan update is <br />compl .e.~. 'M~.
