He also suggested using an entire page of the <br />Ramsey Resident to explain the rules of the snowmobile ordinance. He stated that the <br />Snow Raflas would assist in any way possible. <br /> <br />Counciln~.~ tuber Peterson inquired if anyone was aware of a matching funds program to <br />assist in ~e cost of enforcing the snowmobile ordinance to which Ma-. Peterson replied the <br />state may have such a program. <br /> <br />Council directed Chief Auspos to get interested parties together one more time and draft <br />specifies With regard to classes and ordinance enforcement. <br /> <br />Mayor Gi~ertS°n recessed the regular City Council meeting at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Oi!bertson reconvened the regular City Council meeting at 9:18 p.m. <br /> <br />Case ~F/: Application for Authorization to Conduct an Excluded Raffle - <br /> ' One Day Event Sponsored by the Ramsey PTA <br /> <br />Finance O~cer Hart explained that the City had recently received an application from the <br />Ramsey PTA to conduct a raffle at the school on November 13, 1993. <br /> <br />Motion bY Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolufio~ ~93-09-180 approving Ramsey PTA application for premise permits for <br />charitable ~ambling (raffle) at Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />Motion cagried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None <br /> <br />Case #8:. Introduce Ordinance to Change 154th Avenue N.W. to 154th <br /> , Lane N.W. in Stanhope Terrace Addition <br /> <br />Project M~.~nager Oromberg stated that when Stanhope Terrace Addition was platted, an <br />incorrect Ktam¢ was given to the east/west street. This street was assigned 154th Avenue <br />N.W.. It'41igns with 154th Lane N.W. There is currently one house located on Lot 5, <br />Block 1, Stanlmpe Ten'ace. The owners have been notified of this pending change of their <br />address and according to Anoka County, the 1993 tax rolls already lists the address as <br />154th Lan6 N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by fCouncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to introduce <br />t.he ordinate changing the name of 154th Avenue N.W. in Stanhope Terrace to 154th Lane <br />N.W., effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Motion car~'ied, Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer <br />and Zimm0rman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review; Case of Mike's Woodworking, <br />Mike Sjoquist <br /> <br />Zoning Admi~s~ator Fmlik stated that Mike Sjoquist is requesting a site plan review to <br />construct 6 484 square foot expansion to the storage building which is an accessory <br />structure tO his cabinet making shop. Mr. Sjoquist's home and cabinet shop is located in <br />the Pinevi4w Estates 2nd Addition Planned Unit for which a <br />residential ~nd commercial uses is permitted.
