Principal Plainer Trudgeon stated the Comprehensive Plan shows it as low density residential, <br />but the zoning ~ap had shoWn it as quasi-public, which does not exist in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Community DeYelopment Director Frolik added that the Gun Club is grandfathered because it <br />existed befo e t~e City was incorporated and zoning areas existed. They are only confirming the <br />R-1 zoning ~ nd !he minimum lot size today is that area is 10 acres. <br /> <br />Motion by Chai~erson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carri,~d. !Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy and Wt[tso~t.
