He asked if it would be appropriate to open the public hearings on the <br />second additiCn it this time. <br />Chairperson ~ixl: opened the public hearing for Case 6, preliminary plat review of Alpine Acres <br />2nd Addition;!Ca~e, of Oak Creek Builders. <br />Dell Fredricl(+ 1550 158th Avenue NW, indicated the whole subdivision does not make sense to <br />him. He doei5 n°~ see the services needed, there are traffic issues, and the development is going <br />almost on to~ ofiRamsey Elementary. He stated the children are commuting through this area, <br />and shrubs ar~ not going to keep them away from the deep pond. He indicated this was not even <br />drawn in the iComprehensive Plan, and if the City is going to amend the Comprehensive Plan <br />every time a! development comes in, why did they even adopt it. He does not see anyone <br />addressing tr~ffi~ or any of the other issues. He commented the City Council just throws out <br />what the Commig, Sion does and has staff draft findings they like.
