<br />Subd. 4. There shall not be more than one (1) temporary construction sign for each <br />project or de~.Telopment, except that v:here a project or development abuts t'1I0 (2) or more <br />streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, shall be permitted. <br />Temporary construction signs shall be located only upon the legally described parcel on <br />the bail ding pemlit. Temporary construction signs are exempt from the pemlit und fee <br />requirements but shall be allmved only as accessory to ffil approved building pemlit for a <br />project or de~/clopmel}t. Temporary constr...1ction signs may be erected and maintained <br />for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of construction and <br />shall be remo':ed within fourteen (11) days of the issuance of the certificate of <br />occupancy. Temporary real estate signs may be erected for the purpose of <br />selling, promoting or leasing a residential project offour (1) or more <br />d','lelling units or any non residential project. Temporary real estate <br />signs for the purpose of leasing, selling or promoting a residential <br />project or any non residential project are: <br /> <br />1. Exempt from the permit ffild fee requirements but shall be <br />allowed only as accessory to an approved subdivision plat or <br />site plan; <br /> <br />2. Limited to sixty four (61) square feet in area; <br /> <br />3. Limited to one (1) such sign per street :6.'ontage upon '.vhich the <br />property abuts, exclusive of directional signs; <br /> <br />1. To be removed ','{hen the project is one hlUldred percent <br />(100%) completed, sold or leased; <br /> <br />5. Not to be located within fifty (50 feet) of a pre existing <br />residence. <br /> <br />b.
