Portable Signs are permitted only in business and <br />industrial typc districts and are subject to temporary pennit and fee requirements. <br />Temporary sign permits for portable signs shall be allo'.ved for seven (7) day periods, six <br />(6) times a year per business. In addition to those signs permitted or required in <br />all districts as described in 99.12.03 (General Provisions) and 99.12.05 (Temporary <br />Signs), the following signs are permitted in each specific district and shall be regulated as <br />to size, location and character according to the requirements herein set forth. <br /> <br />9.12.07 <br /> <br />Residential Type Districts <br /> <br />Subdivision 1.
